Join our Glow Gold Reflection Days on Tuesday 26th and Friday 29th September by lighting a virtual candle and making a donation in memory of a loved one.

On Tuesday 26th September we will be holding a Moment of Reflection at our invitation-only event in Edinburgh. As we light our candles, the flames reflect the love we have for these special children and the light they brought to our lives.

Join us by lighting one of our virtual candles, making a donation and leaving a message to be shared during our Moment of Reflection.

To have your candle and message shared on the screen during the event, please make your donation by 6pm on Tuesday 26th September.

If you’d like to light a virtual candle and make a donation but would prefer for your name and a message not be shared, you can opt for these to be anonymous when you light your virtual candle.

Cara's story

After experiencing a lack of appetite, temperatures, lethargy, sickness and numerous trips to the GP, Cara was diagnosed with neuroblastoma.

Despite 19 months of treatment, Cara relapsed three months after completing front-line treatment. She was just three years old when she passed away in February 2020.

Isobel, Cara’s mummy, shares their story to help other parents spot the signs of this cancer earlier.
