26 Miles in January Challenge

  • Neuroblastoma UK Virtual (map)

26 impactful miles to start 2026! January is all about fresh starts and new resolutions, so why not make yours one that changes lives? This New Year, take on our 26 Miles January Challenge and help fund vital research into childhood cancer.

Half of all neuroblastoma cases are classified as high-risk, which only has a 50% survival rate. Together, we can change that.

This January we’re asking you to run, walk, cycle (whatever you like!) 26 miles in January, at your own pace.

Whether you do 1 mile a day, or a few 10K's , every step builds your fitness, boosts your wellbeing, and, most importantly, supports children and families affected by neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer.

The fight against cancer can feel overwhelming, but small steps lead to big change. Every mile you complete, every pound you raise, and every person who takes part adds up to something extraordinary.

We’re asking each participant to raise a minimum of £150 and don’t worry you won’t be doing this alone. We’ll be with you every step of the way, cheering you on and giving you tips.

Make 2025 the year your resolution makes a difference. Sign up today.

  • Minimum fundraising target - £150

  • Certificate when you complete the challenge
