The ICR and the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust have responded to a European Commission consultation on the future of the EU Paediatric Regulation urging European officials to reform the rules on clinical trials in children now or risk cementing the current outdated approach for years to come.

We were saddened to learn of the death of Chris Ewell, a long term supporter of Neuroblastoma UK.  Chris has been raising funds for neuroblastoma research for more than twenty years by collecting and recycling aluminium cans.

A new project has been launched with the goal of identifying a potential new treatment for neuroblastoma.

A recent study has been looking at the outcomes for children with relapsed neuroblastoma in the UK over the past 20 years in an attempt to understand how better to treat these children. 

Our Annual Conference was held at Bristol University in September.  We were delighted to hear from Dr Karim Malik and his team about the work we are funding in collaboration with Smile with Siddy.
